At Ascendix Technologies, I develop an AI-powered Salesforce managed package that transforms inbound emails into structured Salesforce records. It integrates the OpenAI API and Salesforce Agentforce Models API, with validation and safeguards for data integrity.
I built automated LLM evaluation with promptfoo, test datasets, model comparisons and CI integration to support evidence-based changes. I also improved Azure DevOps pipelines for Salesforce deployments and package builds, and developed a Playwright and TypeScript UI test framework.
Previously, at VRP Consulting, I built Salesforce applications and customer-specific solutions, including Salesforce CPQ pricing capabilities and integrations with payment systems and document-management solutions such as SharePoint.
