I’m a highly experienced, certified PMI-PMP Project Manager with over 10 years of leadership in agriculture and rural development. My focus is environmental and social safeguards, climate frameworks, and occupational health and safety (OHS).
Over the past years, I’ve managed the full project lifecycle for complex, multi-million-dollar grants funded by the World Bank, UNDP, FAO, IFAD, and the European Union. In my current role, I manage a grant and project portfolio, develop proposals and concept notes, lead implementation, and ensure strong monitoring and evaluation for data-driven decision-making.
I also strengthen compliance with international standards through frameworks such as World Bank requirements, IFAD SECAP, and ISO standards. As a trainer and focal point, I’ve delivered over 400 trainings on environmental and social frameworks and ESMF implementation, while conducting field-level verification through on-site visits.
