What I'm looking for

I am looking for an M&E role where I can operationalize RBM, strengthen monitoring data quality, coordinate evaluations, and support learning and accountability—especially in complex, high-risk programme contexts—while working closely with UN agencies, partners, and donors.

I am a Monitoring and Evaluation professional with over 10 years of progressive experience supporting results-based programme planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning within UNDP and the wider UN system, including in conflict-affected and high-risk contexts. I focus on designing and operationalizing RBM frameworks, strengthening programme quality assurance, coordinating evaluations, and consolidating evidence-based reporting aligned with CPDs, UNSDCF, and donor requirements.

In my current role as Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Specialist for UNDP-Yemen (July 2024–Present), I help build monitoring and reporting systems aligned with AWPs, results frameworks, and donor agreements. I lead indicator tracking and apply data quality assurance through field monitoring and verification, while also planning and facilitating evaluation assignments and developing management responses to drive follow-up implementation.

Previously, as Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Advisor in the UNRC Office in Kabul, Afghanistan (June 2022–March 2024), I designed and operationalized a monitoring, evaluation, and reporting framework for a Joint UN Programme and supported UNSDCF indicator refinement and data validation in UNINFO. Earlier, as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Sana’a (July 2016–Dec. 2021) and Design, M&E Coordinator at Search for Common Ground (Aug. 2014–Dec. 2015), I delivered hands-on M&E frameworks, quality assurance tools, evaluation coordination, and capacity building—working in a practical, collaborative way to improve monitoring systems, data quality, and accountability.
