I am a Medical Doctor and Public Health Specialist with 26+ years of experience across clinical practice, epidemiology, biostatistics, and humanitarian health programs. I combine hands-on clinical skills with advanced public health training to lead complex health interventions in crisis settings.

My work has focused on disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, emergency preparedness, DRR, and anticipatory action, with a track record of strengthening primary health care systems and coordinating with MoPHP, WHO, and clusters. I have led capacity building and supervision initiatives to improve service quality across multiple facilities.

I have managed and implemented donor-funded health and nutrition projects, overseeing budgets up to USD 1 million, procurement plans, and performance monitoring. I have conducted epidemiological research, presented findings at regional conferences, and led multiple outbreak investigations.
