I am looking for a role that allows me to advocate for patients and contribute to nursing education while working remotely.

I am an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse with over 10 years of diverse clinical experience in various settings, including medical-surgical, ortho/neuro trauma, and cardiac care. My journey in nursing has been driven by a commitment to patient advocacy and improving patient outcomes through effective care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Throughout my career, I have excelled in delivering patient-centered care, educating patients and families on discharge planning, and developing comprehensive care plans. As the Founder and Director of Hearts of Passion School of Learning, I created a training program that prepared over 350 students for certification, showcasing my dedication to nursing education and mentorship.

Currently, I work as a Registered Nurse at TriHealth - Bethesda North Hospital, where I continue to apply my skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and critical condition monitoring. I am passionate about utilizing my expertise to enhance the quality of care and support the health and well-being of my patients.
