I’ve also delivered features for Cloud Native Knowledge Management, including a secured asset library and Gen AI/LLM integrations.
I owned end-to-end design, development, testing automation, and deployment for Knowledge On-Premise and Advanced SaaS products generating more than $50M ARR. By redesigning root cause analysis with the “5 whys” technique, I reduced production outages by 18%.
Across Oracle, Informatica, and Antworks, I’ve led product engineering and implementation work, built and scaled engineering teams, and delivered cloud and enterprise products.
