I'm seeking a full-time remote position in customer service, hospitality, virtual assistance, or operations where I can improve customer satisfaction, support efficient property operations, grow professionally, and build a long-term career.

I've managed 100+ short-term rental properties at Whistling Bird Realtors across Airbnb and other booking platforms, handling guest communication, bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and issue resolution.

I coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams, manage calendars and property operations, and maintain guest satisfaction through prompt, professional support.

Previously, at The Capital Mall Mandalay, I supported tenants and clients through lease documentation, rental records, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and business relationship management.
