I’m a QA Lead with 7+ years of experience driving quality across mobile (iOS & Android), web, and hardware-software integrated products. At Motive, I was the founding QA engineer—starting with mobile testing from 3 screens and scaling to 20+ screens across iOS and Android as the sole QA resource for the first year, including training my first intern.

I specialize in UI & API automation and release ownership, with a strong track record of release sign-off. I led an API automation push to 99% coverage in 3 weeks, using AI agents to draft test scripts and surface edge cases faster, moving from Maestro automation to leading Android automation with Kotlin / JUnit 4 on AndroidX Test.

I build QA processes from scratch—test checklists, test cases, test plans, and release documentation—and drive their migration across tooling changes. I currently lead a QA pod (1 associate and 3 interns), coordinate sign-offs across cross-functional teams, triage defects and validate features end-to-end (including hardware-software integrations), and mentor engineers through best practices, technical interviews, and hiring.
