What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into a QA / Software Testing role where I can apply my manual testing knowledge and experience in data validation and process verification, gain real project experience, and continue developing automation skills with Playwright.

At IBM, I validate and maintain business and order-related data in SAP and ServiceNow, checking records for discrepancies and missing information.

I verify automated bot transactions against expected workflows, investigate failed transactions, and validate corrections. I also use ServiceNow and Power Apps in support of order-processing workflows.

I'm building toward QA and software testing through Software Testing Training at QSpiders and ongoing Playwright learning. I practice UI automation with JavaScript and TypeScript basics, and have knowledge of manual testing, test case design, and SQL basics.
