What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role where I can independently manage high-volume records, data entry, document processing, and administrative workflows with accuracy and attention to detail.

I process medical and legal record requests at Midwest Medical Records Association, scanning and entering approximately 70 requests daily for doctors, insurance companies, lawyers, and patients.

For my final two years there, I worked autonomously without on-site manager or team lead supervision, managing daily office workflows, mail, physical and digital files, payment logs, and sensitive documentation in Epic and MRView.

I also bring hands-on retail, merchandising, warehouse, and cashier experience from SAS Retail Services, Walmart, Anna's Linens, and a temporary warehouse role through SURESTAFF. I've handled stocking, store layouts, inventory organization, product labeling, packing, checkout, and customer questions.

I'm dependable, detail-oriented, and prepared for fully remote work. I'm currently completing coursework in Medical Billing & Coding.
