At Alliance Ground International, I handle international cargo documentation and acceptance procedures as an Office Agent. I also perform data entry and documentation for cargo operations.
I provide customer service and maintain professional phone communication with internal teams and external clients. The role has given me experience managing time-sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.
Previously, I worked in guest services at Showbiz Cinemas and as a Team Member at Taco Bell. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and am studying at Interactive College of Technology.
