I use booking activity, guest feedback, and operating costs to make independent decisions that improve property performance. I also coordinate maintenance, vendors, property preparation, and guest communication to keep service consistent.

Alongside my business, I support fulfillment operations at Body Nutrition and provide high-volume client service as a nail technician. I'm earning a Finance degree at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and am actively building skills in financial modeling, data analytics, commercial real estate, and investing.
