I've built my career at Rio Tinto India across HR Contact Centre, workforce administration, HR officer, transactional support, and administrative roles. I resolve complex payroll, benefits, and HR systems queries while serving as a senior escalation point for sensitive, high-risk employee cases.

I strengthen compliance through approval validation, documentation governance, internal controls, audit walkthroughs, and evidence preparation. My work has included identifying control gaps, improving processes, and maintaining zero high-risk audit observations in transactional support operations.

I manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, including contracts, employment confirmations, position management, workforce transitions, payroll inputs, and employee data validation. I also supported Project Jasper restructuring initiatives and contributed analytical insight for compensation and workforce planning.

Earlier, I managed UK billing at Mercer and accounts payable, expenses, corporate cards, and Concur administration at Intercontinental Hotels Group. I work closely with HR, payroll, finance, IT, and global stakeholders to improve service quality, governance, and operational efficiency.
