At NIRVAR CONSTRUÇÕES, LDA., I manage the technical, financial and operational aspects of civil construction projects in Portugal and France. I coordinate public and private projects, including multiple projects at once, with values from €50,000 to €1,000,000.
I plan and monitor project execution, manage in-house teams and subcontractors, and prepare budgets and commercial proposals. I also track costs, productivity and profitability, and prepare measurement reports and invoices.
My work includes contract management with clients, consultants and suppliers, as well as coordinating public procurement processes. I implement and monitor Health & Safety Plans and report operational and financial progress to management.
In France, I supported construction project management through technical, administrative, financial and contractual monitoring. I hold a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Construction, from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto (FEUP), and am an Occupational Health & Safety Specialist, Level VI.
