I’m a motivated, quick-to-learn AI Engineer-intern eager to contribute and grow in AI-driven innovation. I’m currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science at Vietnam National University HCMC - University of Information Technology.

At FPT Software, I supported development of a smart-grid and power-plant multi-agent system by building a Voice-RAG sub-agent on NVIDIA AIQ and NIM (LLM, ASR, TTS) for hands-free, real-time retrieval over switching procedures and NERC standards. I improved retrieval and speech performance (67% faithfulness, 71% entity recall, 85% ASR accuracy) and reduced time-to-first-audio by ~67% using streaming pipelines, retrieval caching, and reranker optimization. I also delivered a production-ready voice agent with multi-turn tool use across 8 AgentBench environments (65% task success), integrating it into the grid-operations orchestrator for end-to-end operator workflow support.

At Hitachi Digital Services, I contributed to a rail operations multi-agent AI platform by enhancing the Virtual Planner module—supporting schedule impact analysis, structured QA, penalty reasoning, and planning assistance across Planner, SQL Agent, Accountant, and RAG components. I improved orchestration quality and reliability with Python, Agno, PostgreSQL, RAG, and LLM-based multi-agent workflows, adding session management and agent memory for multi-turn interactions, plus production-oriented updates and unit tests. In parallel, I built multi-agent projects such as an Agent-Swarms repo review assistant (FastAPI, LangGraph, Docker, React) and a LangGraph travel concierge with checkpoints and SQLite-backed state.
