I'm looking to grow in a professional environment where I can apply customer service, digital marketing, communication, and entrepreneurship experience while developing practical skills and contributing to business growth.

I'm currently handling customer inquiries and complaints as an Internet Service Representative at Breakthru, resolving issues through live chat in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Since 2022, I've run Nooncorp, a handmade jewelry business where I manage operations, sales, marketing, inventory, orders, and after-sales support. I've built its Instagram presence through social media marketing and maintained a loyal customer base through consistent quality and communication.

I'm pursuing an online Diploma in Digital Marketing from NED University, building on my A-Level studies in Business and Psychology.

I bring strong communication, public speaking, customer handling, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills. I also use Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Instagram, ChatGPT, and AI tools to support content, research, and day-to-day business work.
