I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience specializing in high-scale backend platforms. I’m known for leadership and strong ownership, with a bias toward building reliable services that hold up under real-world traffic.

At Zupee, I led architecture and core development of the Responsible Gaming feature using Apache Kafka, enforcing configurable loss limits and automatically restricting gameplay when thresholds are reached. I also led backend architecture and development for KYC verification and geo-location compliance for paid games, ensuring regulatory adherence and validating eligibility for 10M+ daily active users. I owned User and KYC microservices handling millions of verification requests per day with high reliability.

I designed and managed OTP authentication systems integrating providers like Gupshup and Netcore Cloud, supporting 1 crore OTP requests per day across the Zupee app. I built a dynamic vendor switching mechanism for OTP delivery, reducing downtime and ensuring >99.9% OTP delivery reliability during traffic spikes and vendor outages, and I led design discussions while mentoring junior developers through architecture decisions, code reviews, and day-to-day problem solving.
