I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 7+ years across backend engineering, system architecture, full-stack development, API design, communication platforms, and workflow automation. I focus on owning complex systems end-to-end, driving technical decisions, and solving challenging problems that translate into measurable business outcomes.

Most recently at Zuma (YC/A16Z), I designed event-driven backend services with Node.js, Express.js, and RabbitMQ to keep third-party resident data synchronized reliably across internal systems. I built Python-based gRPC conversation management that connects users to an OpenAI-powered agentic engine across multiple databases, and I improved tour booking workflows by migrating from an LLM-only flow to an agent-based architecture. I also led a MongoDB-to-PostgreSQL migration, contributing to schema design and refactoring data access layers, and I set up end-to-end testing infrastructure using GitHub Actions to strengthen release confidence and deployment stability.

Earlier roles at PeopleGrove and The Founder’s Cafe shaped my breadth: from building internal deployment tools and redesigning authentication/security with TOTP-based 2FA for SOC2 compliance, to delivering Elasticsearch search, Redis caching, real-time chat with Socket.IO, and CI/CD for scalable AWS deployments. I’m hands-on with production ownership (24/7 on-call), and I mentor engineers through PR reviews and peer programming to raise code quality, maintainability, and test coverage.
