Najneen Rejwana
@najneenrejwana
Interdisciplinary bioinformatics and genetics researcher using AI/ML and genomics to uncover biomedical insights and therapeutic targets.
What I'm looking for
I’m an interdisciplinary MSc Genetics graduate with hands-on experience in bioinformatics and AI/ML-driven analysis of biomedical data, complemented by molecular biology techniques. I’ve worked across genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics research, with biostatistical experience in correlation and regression analyses using SPSS, R, and Python.
In my current and prior roles as an “Arturo Falaschi Research Fellow” and “Empower Research Fellow” in the Translational Bioinformatics Group at ICGEB, I apply computational pipelines to biological questions—ranging from proteomics/transcriptomics analysis to drug target identification. I also bring research depth from an epidemiological cross-sectional study (n=519) using multiple regression in SPSS, and I’m passionate about integrating computational and experimental approaches to investigate complex biological and disease-related questions.
