I support molecular diagnosis at Continental Hospital PLC, handling clinical samples for pathogen isolation, identification, biochemical testing, RT-PCR, Sanger sequencing, and diagnostic reporting.

Previously, I built computational pipelines for antimicrobial discovery as a Research Assistant in the MBSTU Bioinformatics Lab. I designed antimicrobial compounds, screened drug libraries, analyzed protein-ligand interactions through molecular docking, and evaluated binding stability using molecular dynamics simulations.

My research spans microbial genomics, bacterial pathogenesis, host-pathogen interactions, and antimicrobial resistance. I have contributed to peer-reviewed studies on therapeutic targets, vaccine candidates, pharmacophore modelling, and inhibitors targeting Staphylococcus aureus DNA GyrB.

I also bring practical microbiology experience from CHRF and the National Institute of Biotechnology, including bacterial isolation, antibiogram profiling, RT-PCR, 16S rRNA sequencing, and plant growth-promoting activity testing.
