At Ernst & Young (EY), I analysed large volumes of tax and financial data with Alteryx to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and data quality issues—then translated those findings into insights stakeholders could use immediately. I used Power BI to monitor data quality KPIs and processing metrics, interpreting dashboard outputs to surface trends and performance insights.

I’ve led root-cause analysis on data mismatches and anomalies across the DigiTDS platform, presenting findings in a way that reduced query resolution time. I also collaborated with business teams to gather reporting needs and translate them into BRDs/FRDs for product enhancements.

I designed and led end-to-end UAT cycles for multiple product releases to ensure accurate data outputs before go-live. I continually streamline how I work—using GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio Code to improve turnaround time on data tasks by ~30%—while delivering quality insights on time across concurrent workstreams.
