I'm currently managing wholesale client relationships and order processing at Buzfi Wholesale, while maintaining daily sales records and supporting the sales team to meet monthly targets.

I've supported customer product selection, after-sales service, showroom merchandising, and Samsung retail sales targets at Fair Group's Samsung Smart Plaza. At Walton Plaza, I also supported retail sales operations, customer service, inventory, and stock management.

My call center experience at Impel Service and Solutions Limited strengthened my ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, maintain call quality, and document interactions accurately.

I'm pursuing a BBA and bring strong communication, active listening, product knowledge, problem-solving, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. I'm comfortable working under pressure and enjoy learning new things.
