At Deloitte, I supported Canada Post’s SAP BRIM billing operations, configuring Billable Item Classes and customizing FQ-Events for BIT enrichment and invoice generation. I also designed billing cycles and aggregation rules for usage-based billing.
On Deloitte’s Purolator project, I configured Convergent Invoicing in SAP S/4HANA and integrated it with SAP FI-CA. I supported month-end billing and revenue recognition with zero period-close errors.
Earlier, at Syngymaxim Solutions, I designed and configured SAP Convergent Invoicing changes, built interfaces between SAP CC and SAP CI, and configured a BRIM credit memo automation process using UiPath RPA. I’m SAP Certified Associate in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management – Usage to Cash.
