I’m an IT Compliance Engineer with 2.8 years at a global SaaS company (Chargebee), where my primary focus is IT Compliance—supported by IT Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT Support. I own recurring audit cycles across PCI-DSS, SOC, and ITGC/ITAC, with a strong emphasis on user access reviews and audit evidence.

In my current role, I lead organization-wide User Access Reviews (UAR) on a monthly cycle across corporate tools like Google Workspace and Okta. I produce audit-ready evidence, maintain a documented control trail, and drive SOC audit readiness through evidence collection, control testing, and remediation tracking.

I govern the full identity lifecycle (joiner–leaver) across the organization—provisioning, role changes, and de-provisioning—while enforcing least-privilege (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM). I also support ITGC and ITAC assessments by participating in control walkthroughs and validating key reports to ensure compliance requirements are met.

I’ve built practical automation to reduce manual compliance effort, using n8n and Google Apps Script—and even deployed AI agents—to streamline recurring control workflows. I also administer Okta (SSO and MFA), use Jamf MDM for endpoint compliance, and act as first responder for security alerts, developing risk assessments to help stakeholders prioritize remediation as I pursue ISO 27001 and an MCA.
