I define accessibility requirements and help teams ensure WCAG 2.2, Section 508, and ADA compliance through inclusive design and assistive technology compatibility.

At Integra Software Services, I delivered end-to-end accessibility solutions for enterprise platforms used by 50K+ users. I embed WCAG 2.2 success criteria into sprint user stories and acceptance criteria, review wireframes and prototypes for gaps (headings, focus order, non-descriptive labels), and guide developers on semantic HTML, ARIA roles, and accessible JavaScript through code reviews and pair programming—reducing accessibility defects by ~40%.

Previously at HCL Technologies, I delivered accessibility solutions for government and financial applications across desktop, mobile, and web. I implemented ARIA live regions and focus management for AJAX-driven interfaces, mentored QA and dev teams on ATAG compliance, triaged issues by legal risk/user impact/remediation cost, and validated fixes using NVDA, JAWS, keyboard navigation, and screen reader walkthroughs—while currently expanding my accessibility automation expertise with Playwright.
