What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deepen my accessibility testing and remediation work—validating real user experiences with NVDA/JAWS and tools—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver inclusive products that meet WCAG and Section 508 standards.

I’m an Accessibility Tester with extensive hands-on experience in web, PDF, and online book accessibility testing and remediation. I ensure strict compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and Section 508, combining manual validation with tools and screen readers.

Currently, I freelance as an Accessibility Tester for Pearson educational content through Continual Engine, where I test online educational books against WCAG 2.2 guidelines and log detailed accessibility defects with screenshots, severity, and WCAG references. I validate reading order, headings, lists, tables, links, and navigation using NVDA and JAWS, and I fix content-level issues such as incorrect heading hierarchy, missing/inaccurate image alt text, and table header association problems.

I’ve also supported accessibility testing and remediation at Acrux IT Services and contributed to audits and proof-of-concept testing at TSQS using NVDA and TalkBack. I collaborate with reviewers and teams in status calls and verification cycles, and I’ve identified critical bugs through thorough testing processes while staying committed to delivering inclusive digital learning experiences.
