What I'm looking for

I am seeking product or project roles where I can lead tool implementations, drive automation and data-migration, collaborate with stakeholders, and scale efficient processes.

I am a Product Owner with hands-on experience leading tool introductions, data migrations, and automation projects to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

At Netree AG I led the introduction of Jira Service Management, managed data migration and automation implementation, and handled testing, documentation, and training for seamless adoption.

Previously, I worked in quality and CRM roles at Ceva Logistics (Zalando) and Ingram Micro, where I implemented QA standards, supported IT systems, integrated JSM for ticketing, and used Salesforce for process optimization.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Informatics, speak English (C1), German (B2) and Serbian (native), and I am certified in Scrum Master and Agile Scrum Product Owner Fundamentals.
