I'm looking to move into SQL/application support, data or BI analysis, reporting, database support, business systems analysis, or technical account management, applying my SQL, Power BI, investigation, and stakeholder communication skills.

I've spent nine years managing retention, revenue, and service outcomes for more than 500 international VIP clients in online casino operations at Gold Media Lab CC and Verpakt Management Services. I used daily activity and transaction reporting to spot patterns, resolve disputes, coordinate with IT, Finance, Risk, and Marketing, and maintain accurate CRM follow-up.

I'm an Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate building practical Oracle SQL and Power BI projects, including an e-commerce database with PL/SQL procedures, triggers, tuning exercises, and backup recovery practice. I also transform sales, customer, product, and returns data into relational models and interactive Power BI dashboards using DAX and Power Query.
