What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that values creativity and collaboration in education, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.

As a passionate nursery teacher currently working at Tokyo Children’s Garden, I specialize in fostering creativity and collaboration among children aged 2-5 years. My approach is heavily inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, where I design and implement child-led, project-based learning activities that cater to the interests of my students. I believe in creating dynamic learning environments that encourage exploration and self-expression through the use of open-ended materials and natural resources.

Previously, I served as an Assessment Assistant at the University of Essex, where I honed my organizational and communication skills by supervising teams and managing event preparations. My experience includes maintaining the University Archive System and facilitating effective communication across various departments. I take pride in my ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
