What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a learner or customer success role where I can use one-to-one coaching, proactive communication, digital tools, and progress tracking to help diverse learners stay engaged and achieve their goals.

At Preply, I conduct one-to-one interactive learning and support sessions for learners across global time zones, adapting customized study plans to their goals, learning speeds, and personalities. I use proactive communication, tailored exercises, and performance monitoring to keep learners motivated and progressing toward completion.

As an Educator and Social Sciences Subject Head at West Riding Primary School, I led departmental communication, curriculum coordination, learner onboarding, progress tracking, and intervention planning.
