I’m looking to lead teams that put AI safely into the SDLC—designing agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop quality gates—while building reliable, scalable systems and empowering engineers to trust and improve the delivery process.

I’m an Engineering Leader with 12+ years building and scaling software teams, with a deep focus on putting AI to work inside the development lifecycle. I design agentic workflows that speed up real engineering work—discovery, planning, review, deployment—while preserving the human judgment that keeps delivery safe. I care about systems that hold up through clean architecture, sensible standards, and processes teams can trust because they helped build them.

I’ve led and mentored development teams (up to 12 engineers) and driven org-wide SDLC transformation across a 35-person R&D organization.
