At SHIELD, I lead a development organization of about 35 across Israel, Romania, and Portugal, owning engineering execution and architecture strategy as part of the leadership team.
I rolled out an agentic SDLC built on GitHub Spec Kit, with a reported 30%+ uplift in delivery velocity. I also delivered a roughly 9PB migration to OpenSearch, enabling vector search and semantic retrieval for production LLM/RAG features.
As R&D Group Manager at SHIELD, I grew the engineering group from 18 to more than 25 and expanded from three internal teams to five with two outsourced teams. I founded the company's first QA function and helped reduce critical production incidents by 60% through TDD, 80% test coverage, and improved observability.
Earlier, I led full-stack and backend teams at SHIELD and worked on enterprise Java systems at AMDOCS. At AMDOCS, I also led six or more engineers through an Agile/SAFe transformation and received two “Professionalism and Commitment” awards.
