What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a stimulating software engineering role where I can apply my development, modeling, and systems management skills to design robust solutions, solve real problems, and contribute to impactful projects focused on business process optimization.

At Air Algérie's Direction des Systèmes d'Information, I designed and developed an intelligent platform for managing internal requests. It included a ticketing system to track and centralize requests.

I also integrated an intelligent chatbot to provide automated assistance to employees. My work brought together software development, system modeling, and business process optimization.

My academic projects included a medical management web application and work in software development, UML design, and databases. I have also participated in collaborative projects using Agile methods and ISO/IEC 29110 software quality standards.
