What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging work environment where I can serve with care and diligence, contribute to organizational goals, and support growth and development.

At I CAN SOUTHSUDAN, I provide case management for vulnerable children, including risk assessments, care planning and referrals. I also advocate for children’s rights and work to prevent abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence.

I support children through psychosocial activities and help communities learn about parenting, child abuse, children’s rights and teenage pregnancy. I’ve also supported child protection help desks and participated in monitoring visits to detention facilities.

Earlier, as a volunteer Program Support Assistant with ALIGHT and an intern with Uganda Red Cross Society Mbale and Mbale Industrial City Division, I supported community engagement, beneficiary assessments, research and child protection activities.
