What I'm looking for

I’m looking to be part of a team of highly qualified IT professionals for complex enterprise IT solutions, using my routing/VPN and enterprise network experience to design, implement, troubleshoot, and keep improving my in-depth IT knowledge.

I’m a System Architect with deep experience in designing and implementing enterprise and service-provider networks, including secure connectivity and VPN solutions. I’ve worked across end-to-end project delivery, technical process documentation, and complex network troubleshooting.

In my most recent role at Fujitsu, I’ve been part of the implementation and designing team, handling LAN installation for new sites and deploying NGFW firewalls (Palo Alto PA-220/PA-440). I also led technical work such as L2/L3 switch replacement and created BOMs, while managing a 4-member team.

Previously, I’ve operated as a Tech Lead in Network Engineering and Integration, leading a geographically dispersed team of 15 across APAC and EMEA. I owned network infrastructure integration, campus/branch deployments, IP assignment, change management, and troubleshooting to ensure connectivity for new implementations.

Earlier, I built strong operational foundations through roles in NOC/incident & problem management and L1 support, handling MPLS connectivity, circuit monitoring, root cause analysis, and service order processing. I bring certifications including CCNA, CCNP ROUTE, and ITIL V3, and I’ve also trained others in CCNA/N+ to share routing and switching basics.
