Nabila Melsyana

At MAXY Academy, I build end-to-end web applications for internal platforms and confidential client projects, owning requirements, solution planning, implementation, testing, refinement, and release support. I also help coordinate 16 interns across five concurrent projects, writing their learning modules and mentoring coding and delivery practices.

I’ve shipped public products including Nova AI, a Chrome extension that researches competitors and produces market intelligence reports and Excel campaign plans, and AI Vero, a multi-tenant support-agent platform that answers only from a company’s own documents. I designed Vero’s relevance scoring to enable reliable refusal and automatic human escalation for low-confidence threads.

My core stack is Laravel and React/Next.js with TypeScript, backed by MySQL or PostgreSQL. I also build with Python/FastAPI, Fastify, MongoDB, real-time tools, payment integrations, and AI providers when they can do meaningful work inside the product.

Before MAXY Academy, I contributed to the Ministry of Education’s SISTER and SISARPRAS systems, managed reporting data integrity at Telkom Indonesia, and taught requirements analysis, UML modelling, and Java OOP at Telkom University. I begin with the problem a product needs to solve and keep that question visible through every feature I build.
