What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable, cost-conscious production AI and backend systems, especially agentic workflows, RAG platforms, evaluation infrastructure, and cloud-native products where I can lead technical decisions and mentor engineers.

At Conovo Technologies, I build production AI systems including ProofDial, a compliance audit platform for deployed agents that maps 13 failure types to 38 controls across major AI and security frameworks.

I design RAG and agentic workflows with FastAPI, LangGraph, MCP, Qdrant, and AWS. My work improved answer groundedness from 71% to 93%, reduced tool onboarding from days to under an hour, and brought a WhatsApp asset-tracking product from PoC to production.

Previously at ArhamSoft Technologies, I built Django and FastAPI backends for finance, healthcare, and e-commerce clients, reducing p95 API latency by about 45%. I also lead distributed engineers, own cloud infrastructure, and focus on reliable, cost-conscious systems.
