At Microsoft and Citrix, I supported enterprise environments and worked through complex infrastructure issues across Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud systems.
At Citrix, I progressed through escalation engineering roles, including Principal Escalation Engineer. I led escalation engineering teams and worked directly with R&D.
After 18 years in enterprise IT, I’m making a deliberate move into AI/ML and MLOps. I’m building a foundation in Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning through hands-on practice and projects documented on GitHub.
I’m focused on MLOps and AI Infrastructure, bringing systems thinking and production-grade IT experience to AI deployment. I want to be on the building side of how AI is changing enterprise IT.
