At Tide, I’m architecting and leading development of an e-invoicing platform for France, supporting compliant invoice exchange across payables and receivables. The work uses Peppol and Factur-X / EN 16931 standards to meet mandatory e-invoicing regulations.

I also ideated and built a working prototype that combines AWS Textract OCR with Claude via Bedrock to validate Germany’s Gewerbeanmeldung forms. It showed a projected 40% reduction in manual review effort.

Previously at Freshworks, I led a RabbitMQ-to-Kafka migration for Freshchat that cut over at 1M requests per minute and enabled horizontal scalability. At GAIN Credit, I implemented production ML credit risk models and built risk-based dynamic pricing.
