Played a key role in launching the Israel office, supporting operational frameworks and clinical service delivery protocols. Provided clinical consultation and developed clinical risk assessment and escalation frameworks for digital mental health support.

Helped launch and scale the Friendly Calls national emotional support program, providing regular check-ins to isolated individuals. Delivered Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Skills for Psychological Recovery (SPR) remotely and supported volunteers and staff with ethical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed practice.

Provided culturally responsive instruction, supervision, and mentorship to Inuit students in psychosocial intervention programs. Adapted teaching methods to Inuit realities and supported students’ competencies in intervention ethics, crisis response, communication, and contextualized social work.

Founded and scaled the first Europe-wide MHPSS program for Canadian NATO personnel and diplomatic families across 17 countries, expanding access to mental health support for mobile populations. Built and trained non-clinical psychosocial first-response teams, established crisis stabilization protocols, and developed family violence/GBV programming and related training and safety protocols.

Provided high-acuity, short-term clinical counseling for complex relational, workplace, and personal crisis cases. Delivered 24/7 crisis intervention, including suicide risk and domestic violence, and consulted with HR/executive leadership on workplace mental health, trauma-informed conflict resolution, and burnout prevention.

Established and led child-safe spaces in South Tel-Aviv, providing trauma-informed support and stabilization for children of refugee and asylum-seeking single mothers. Ensured adherence to rigorous Child Safety Policy standards.

Provided palliative psychosocial support and end-of-life accompaniment, including support groups for patients’ families. Coordinated multidisciplinary treatment plans with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, and advocated for patients’ rights and access to resources.

Launched the Hadera branch of the organization in partnership with the Ministry of Absorption and Integration. Provided weekly family-support sessions covering mental health and wellbeing, intrafamilial relationships and parenting, and practical topics such as budgeting and employment.

Spearheaded public outreach initiatives and donor relations strategies to increase organizational visibility and support program funding. Focused on initiatives supporting Arab women’s rights in Israel.

Executed high-stakes youth protection interventions for Inuit families, applying child and adolescent mental health expertise. Provided transcultural, ethical, culturally competent crisis intervention and suicide prevention in high-risk isolated environments while navigating systemic constraints and limited local resources.

Conducted individual and family interviews for a project on people displaced by war, genocide, and other human rights violations. Transcribed and analyzed qualitative data, then communicated results and transferred knowledge with collaborators from Concordia University and Université du Québec à Montréal.

Provided individual and group interventions for women in need of temporary shelter. Delivered crisis intervention when needed and oriented clients to available community resources.
