At Nordech Inc., I’m the primary engineer for a production Laravel and MySQL claims-management platform serving major insurers, including Fortune 100 companies. I work across architecture, feature development, maintenance, and production troubleshooting.
I automated billing and invoicing for multiple insurance carriers, including carrier-specific financial rules, two-way QuickBooks Online synchronization, PDF invoices, and Excel exports. I also designed and maintained REST API integrations with insurer systems and external data sources.
I improved critical application and MySQL query performance by 50–90% and migrated more than 30 workflows from PHP 5.6 to PHP 8 and Laravel without downtime. I also built asynchronous jobs and an S3/Lambda pipeline that processes media files.
At Greenfoot Energy Solutions, I built backend features and APIs for a React Native mobile app, integrating AWS services and contributing to CI/CD. My work includes hands-on Linux and AWS operations, testing, and production support.
