I’m a freelance Data Annotation, Transcription & Data Entry Specialist, delivering high-accuracy Vietnamese work by following project guidelines and quality standards. I also transcribe Vietnamese audio and text while ensuring correctness in spelling, grammar, and meaning.

I expand my expertise with data entry for German, Italian, and Old French historical-language content, accurately inputting and organizing information into designated systems. I enjoy independent remote work while meeting deadlines and productivity targets.

Alongside language work, I build strong customer relationships through sales and service. As a Livestream Operator / Sales Livestreamer, I prepare content and scripts, consult customers during livestreams, support order closing, and answer product questions under schedule pressure.

I’ve also supported enrollment and customer care as a Team Leader – Admission Consultant & Customer Service, managing fanpage/Zalo/hotline scripts, collecting customer data, and updating a CRM system. I’m results-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service that contributes to business growth.
