I work as a Functional Consultant (Finance), delivering solutions aligned with the Sure Step Methodology across implementation and support projects. I coordinate with internal development teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle, performing root cause analysis, providing timely resolutions, and preparing knowledge base (KB) documents to keep systems running smoothly.
On the implementation side, I gather requirements, document FRD/FDD, conduct ERP demos, and configure finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and SCM with standard AX functionalities. I also support Go Live readiness with end-to-end testing and UAT, and I prepare deliverables for new change requests while managing SLA-based issue resolution.
