I seek a role that allows me to further advocate for women's rights and community safety while fostering collaboration and learning.

I am a passionate and detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Security Behavior. My work focuses on research, capacity development, and advocacy, particularly in advancing women’s empowerment and gender equality in rural communities. I have a strong foundation in social justice systems and community safety, which drives my commitment to these causes.

As a Community Gender Outreach Facilitator with World Vision Kenya, I conduct awareness sessions and workshops for women, helping them understand their rights and access resources. My experience as an Academic Researcher has allowed me to lead projects on criminology and gender-based violence, delivering tailored research outputs and policy briefs. I pride myself on my strong organizational and interpersonal skills, which enable me to collaborate effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
