At Spiralsols, I lead development of We Love Joe, a multi-tenant AI agent platform for voice and text interactions across 14 channels. I built a visual conversation-flow builder with 27 typed node types for orchestration, testing, and AI-assisted flow generation.
I engineered real-time voice pipelines connecting Twilio and Telnyx Media Streams with speech-to-text, LLM orchestration, and ElevenLabs text-to-speech. I also developed RAG-powered knowledge bases, MCP-based agent tools, and a unified operator inbox with human takeover.
At Spiralsols, I implemented credit-based and usage-based billing with Stripe, and developed Klyno.ai and BuzzCompare.com. Previously, at Inbound Agency, I developed full-stack web applications and REST APIs using the MERN stack.
