At Nordleads, I developed production features across the NestJS Platform API and React frontend of a multi-tenant B2B sales automation product. I delivered authenticated AI agent chat with streaming and explicit failure handling.

I also implemented approval flows that gate agent-proposed actions behind platform validation, and built session and history persistence with thread reconnection. I added focused tests for failures and streaming chunks.
