What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocation and remote work, and I'm looking to build production full-stack products with AI-native features such as RAG, agents, evaluations, and reliable asynchronous workflows.

I've shipped AI-native product features and full-stack applications at Ropstam Solutions, including a LangGraph prospect-collection agent with asynchronous BullMQ campaign execution. I own front-end and back-end architecture across concurrent client projects and turn client requirements into scoped technical plans and estimates.

I've led MERN delivery and mentored six developers, while also solving high-impact production issues: fixing counter corruption under load and cutting a core report from 30 seconds to 700 milliseconds. I also built a self-corrective RAG assistant that routes intent, grades retrieved context, retries weak queries, and refuses unsupported answers.
