What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can streamline operations, support customers, maintain data compliance, and apply analytics tools to improve processes and team outcomes.

I'm currently a Python Backend Executive at Collman Services' Repayment Call Center in Vijayawada, where I respond to customer queries across communication channels and handle escalated complaints with empathy and professionalism.

I monitor customer feedback to identify improvements, conduct customer-data audits for accuracy and compliance, and ensure adherence to data protection and internal security protocols. I also train new team members on backend processes and systems.

My background combines administrative operations, project coordination, customer service, and data analysis. I use tools including Python, R Programming, Power BI, Tableau, IBM SPSS, MySQL, and MS Office to support efficient, high-quality outcomes.

I've completed an M.Sc. from the University of Hyderabad and hold certifications in Data Analytics, Python for Data Science, MySQL Basics, and Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, alongside a Statistics internship at ICMR-NIRT.
