I am an Assistant HR working in an automotive components manufacturing company, with hands-on experience in core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

I maintain and update employee records, schedule and coordinate interviews, assist in joining and exit formalities, and track attendance and leave. I support audits, HR compliance tasks, and act as a point of contact for basic employee queries.

I collaborate with other departments to coordinate meetings, events and training, use MS Office and Tally, and help ensure smooth HR processes that support operational needs.
