At Gulshan Management Services, I built a C# automation pipeline that synchronized employee records across internal platforms, eliminating roughly 10 hours of weekly manual entry and reducing processing errors by 30%.

I support Microsoft Dynamics GP across AP, AR, and GL for more than 50 users, investigate POS failures through logs and telemetry, and resolve customer-facing pricing issues across approximately 500 QSR locations. Previously, I maintained POS systems, audio hardware, and office peripherals at Stallion Audio.

Outside of support work, I build cloud data projects including an EIA crude-oil ETL pipeline using Python, Pandas, PyArrow, AWS S3, Athena, Parquet, SQLite, GitHub Actions, and Grafana. I also built a GCS-to-BigQuery NYC taxi ingestion pipeline and have worked through BigQuery and dbt authentication and schema issues.
